Machinery Capacity & Details
Knitwear Garments Division
We have 10 knitting machines 200 stitching machines and a complete set of dyeing processing. Our monthly production capacity is 240,000 pieces of Solid polo shirt. Required Lead Time: For first order 60 days +transit time and every repeat order 45 days+ transit time
Woven Garment Division
Woven unit is fully equipped with latest machinery with 100 stitching machines and having a monthly production capacity of 40,000 pieces basic five-pocket pant. Required Lead Time: For first order 60 days +transit time and every repeat order 45 days+ transit time
Made Ups & Home Textiles
We are equipped with 100 Stitching machines for made-ups, home textiles, hotel & hospital products with complete set up of fabric printing, dyeing and processing. We have a sophisticated design section for developments. The monthly stitching production capacity is six 40 ft containers, dyeing & processing capacity is 300000-meters daily and printing capacity is 70,000 meter daily.
Required Lead Time For Made-Ups: For first order 70 days +transit time and every repeat order 50 days+ transit time.
